Elsa Abraham Bernard is the owner and founder of Shine Laser & Aesthetics. She is a licensed, experienced, and passionate aesthetician and laser hair removal technician with a background in public health. Like many, she has endured the inconvenience of spending extra time in the shower to shave on a daily basis. As a person with a darker complexion and a lot of hair, Elsa has experienced first-hand the drawbacks of frequent waxing and shaving, including razor bumps and hyperpigmentation. It has also been challenging for her to find a cost-effective laser hair removal company catering to all skin types, including hers. She is pleased to say that her company will provide safe and cost-effective laser hair removal services to clients of all skin types. Elsa is very sensitive to the fact that laser hair removal is a necessary treatment for many women who suffer from hormonal hair growth, polycystic ovary syndrome, or hirsutism, and she will personally address all her clients' hair removal needs with care.
